鴻輝系統(tǒng)集成科技(江蘇)有限公司成立于2011年,公司坐落于百強(qiáng)縣首位的江蘇省昆山市。經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展,公司已經(jīng)成長為一家致力于涵蓋新能源、半導(dǎo)體、生物醫(yī)藥、食品飲料為主的,全產(chǎn)業(yè)類機(jī)電、暖通、工藝工程、新能源設(shè)計、咨詢、施工等領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)工程公司。經(jīng)過多年的高效經(jīng)營發(fā)展,公司逐漸建立了完善的管理體系,遵循現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理規(guī)則運(yùn)營,正處于快速良性的發(fā)展階段。多年以來,我們始終秉持“建誠信之路、創(chuàng)質(zhì)量之業(yè)”的發(fā)展價值觀,堅持“科研、專業(yè)、務(wù)實、挑戰(zhàn)”的精神,不斷提升工程品質(zhì)。
公司現(xiàn)有員工350余人,其中工程技術(shù)帶頭人40人,職稱30人(享受政府津貼1人),高級級職稱15人;碩士研究生2人,本科以上學(xué)歷150余人。近年來,公司堅持以人為本、尊重關(guān)愛、共同發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)理念,定期派遣技術(shù)人員參加專業(yè)進(jìn)修,提高專業(yè)素養(yǎng),使鴻輝人的專業(yè)知識始終處在行業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)的前沿;同時,公司陸續(xù)與各地高校建立校企合作,提高人才吸收的廣度、提升產(chǎn)學(xué)研成果轉(zhuǎn)化的深度,確保了每年為公司持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的輸入新力量、新血液的同時,也為公司邁向更高更快的發(fā)展打下了堅實的人才基礎(chǔ)。

Honghui System Integration Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, the first of the top 100 counties. After more than ten years of development, the company has grown into a professional engineering company dedicated to covering the fields of new energy, semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and the entire industry of electromechanical, HVAC, process engineering, new energy design, consulting, construction, and other fields. After years of efficient business development, the company has gradually established a sound management system and operates in accordance with modern enterprise management rules, and is currently in a rapid and healthy development stage. For many years, we have always adhered to the development values of "building a path of integrity and creating a quality industry", adhered to the spirit of "scientific research, professionalism, pragmatism, and challenge", and continuously improved the quality of engineering.
The company currently has over 350 employees, including 40 engineering and technical leaders, 30 professional titles (1 person enjoying government subsidies), and 15 senior professional titles; There are 2 master's students and over 150 people with bachelor's degrees or above. In recent years, the company has adhered to the talent cultivation concept of putting people first, respecting care, and developing together.
